Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (whey protein)
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3/4 cup vanilla flavored milk
- 1/2 cup kale, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in blender and blend. Once desired consistency, add the chocolate chips and blend for a few seconds.
