Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (whey protein)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3/4 cup vanilla flavored milk
  • 1/2 cup kale, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in blender and blend. Once desired consistency, add the chocolate chips and blend for a few seconds.
