 The following promotion is intended for play in the state of Arizona only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in Arizona and at least 18 years of age.

1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning, 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) June 1, 2016 through 11:59:59 PM PT June 30, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”), visit arizonamilk.org to complete and submit the online sweepstakes entry form. Entrants will be asked to provide a 250 word or less essay on “How Milk Helps Them Fuel Up Like A Champion” as part of their entry, but providing an essay is optional. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one entry per person/email address/household per day. A “day” is defined as the 24 hour period from 12:00:00 AM PT to 11:59:59 PM PT.

 

2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) Daily Prize winner will be randomly selected in each of 30 daily drawings from all entries received each day of the Promotion Period. Daily Drawings will be held on the next business day following each day of the Promotion Period.  Therefore, drawings for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be held the following Monday. Non-winning entries from daily drawing entries will not be carried over into subsequent daily drawings. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period on or about July 6, 2016. Drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. Winners will be notified by e-mail and will be required to respond with a valid mailing address within 48 hours if an address was not provided at the time of entry.  If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  If an address was provided at the time of entry, Daily Prizes will be shipped directly to the winners.  Prizes will be sent standard U.S. Mail. Any prize that is returned as undeliverable will be forfeited.  Limit one Daily Prize per person/email address/household. However, Daily Prize winners are eligible to win the Grand Prize. Odds of winning a Daily Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received each day.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

 

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): Daily Prizes(30): a co-branded Milk/Team USA duffel bag, the Dairy Good Cookbook, a free Shamrock Farms 12-oz milk coupon and family-four pack to Shamrock Farms Farm Tour (ARV: $55). Grand Prize (1): a year’s supply of Shamrock Farms milk awarded in “Cash Cow” coupons and co-branded Milk/Team USA duffel bag and AMP merchandise (ARV: $225).

 

4. ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Arizona Milk Producers and its advertising and promotion agencies and the United States Olympic Committee and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible. Void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, the United States Olympic Commitee and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or receipt of prize. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. If for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or infection by computer viruses, bugs or tampering, unauthorized interventions, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. In the event of termination of the sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
