Mrs. Molly Houghton teaches fourth grade at Fuller Elementary School in Tempe.
The mother who nominated Mrs. Houghton for KNIX’s Teacher of the Week said “She is the best teacher EVER, according to my son.”
She went on to say that her son has flourished with Mrs. Houghton as his teacher.
When she asked her son why he wanted to nominate her, the 10-year-old said, “She is nice and she believes in all of us.”
His mom couldn’t agree more, “This year, thanks to Mrs. Houghton’s individualized attention and wonderful lessons she presents, [my son] comes home talking non-stop about his school day and about what he has learned! Mrs. Houghton’s passion for learning is giving my son the confidence he needs to learn and grow in all areas in school.”
Her time and dedication to both her students and their parents have not gone unnoticed.
“As a mom, I couldn’t ask for a better person or teacher to guide my son’s learning.”
